Dog Park

We took Brayden to the dog park today. I know that sounds funny but we had good reason! Brayden LOVES animals, especially dogs! We happend upon it on our way to the park (for children) and decided to stop. There were a ton of dogs out and we have never seen anything like it! It was this huge fenced in area and as soon as the dogs are in it they can have their leashes taken off! So, a bunch of dogs of all different sizes running around and kissing on Brayden couldn't have made him any happier! He was kicking and wiggling trying to get away from us and get down to the dogs. We would have let him but were afraid of all of the "land mines" as we call them! :) I don't want my kid smelling like poop! Anyways, we had a lot of fun and it was another beautiful day here in Kansas!

Here is a puppy named Callie kissing on Brayden! We made sure that she knew he was already taken by Callie Akin! :)

A lady came over with a seven week old Boston Terrier puppy and said we should get a "cute picture of Brayden holding the puppy." I wasn't up for a one year old holding what I presume is an expensive little dog so I held the dog instead. :)

I bet this poor dog thought he was being eaten! Brayden was very gentle with him except for the one time that he tried to clap for himself while the puppy's head was in the way.. Brady making his daddy take him wherever he wants to go--

Just to show how close to walking he is! Around the house I have noticed that he has been letting go more and standing up on his own for longer periods of time.. so, I know walking is right around the corner!

This is just too pretty not to post. I was playing with my camera software and I forgot I could do stuff like this with it!

Brayden will crawl under the table to get to me if I am on the computer.. When I noticed Brady had been pretty quiet I thought I better check on him.. I figured he was up to something naughty! Well, he apparently was too tired to get out from under the table before falling asleep and he is still under me now! :)
